1 I notice you have Copyright Stamps in your web galleries. Will this show up in prints I order?
No. The watermark only shows up on the web. Your print will not have a Copyright stamp. In the archival section some original prints may have the photographers ID & titles that appear in the main photograph itself. This will show up as it would have in the original.
2 What print sizes are available?
Standard sizes are 210 x 295 mm (8 x 11.5 in) & 295 x 420 mm (11.5 x 16in) Other larger sizes are available on order.
3 How accurate are the standard print sizes?
Standard sizes are the media (paper) sizes. Your print size will depend on the the proportions of the image. eg. if you order a square image in the larger size your print size will be a maximum of 11.5 x 11.5 in. Similarly if you order a panel style image in the larger size your print size will be a maximum of 16 inches by the proportional 8 or 9 inches width.
4 What do the prints cost?
Check current Price Lists. Prices will vary from AUD $15 up to $150 for standard sizes. Print prices do not include shipping & handling charges.
5 How do I pay for my order?
Once your order is received & your print is in stock, you will be billed. Payment can be made by Pay Pal using your credit card or by bank transfer.
6 How soon will my print order be processed/dispatched?
Once your payment is cleared & your print is in stock, your order will be dispatched within 24 to 36 hours. Delivery time will depend on the postal / courier service used. This will vary between 4 to 14 business days, the latter being the standard Registered Air Mail postal service.
7 How will my order be sent out to me?
Preferred mode is by Express Post Courier International / Registered Air Post
8 How long will it take for my order to reach me?
Delivery will vary between 4 to 14 business days, as advertised by the service and is beyond our direct control. Standard Express Post CourierInternational should take 4 business days.
9 If I am dissatisfied with my print/order. What is your returns policy?
All prints sold come with a full refund gurantee. If you are not totally delighted with your print, just ship it back for a no-questions-asked refund of your original invoice. Returns need to be dispatched within a week of your receiving the order and to an address that will be sent to you. Read my Conditions of Sale – The Fine Print in a Large Font document
10 When I buy a print do I buy Copyright of the print/image?
No. The copyright remains with the Firm /Institution/photographer. Your print is for your personal use to display or to gift. Note that any manner of commercial/noncommercial use is not permitted. Images including copyright and all other rights are available for sale. Contact us for details for specific images.
11 Do you have a framing service?
No, I do not have a framing service.
12 I live on the Indian Sub-continent. Can I buy prints from you?
Yes – Delivery schedules & costs & will differ.
13 What are limited edition prints?
Limited Edition prints are just that. These are prints limited in production from 50 to 150 prints. Limited Edition prints are individually numbered and signed.
14 What are EX prints? (Prints with EX in the ID Code)
These are open ended (non limited edition) prints.
14 How do I place an order for a print(s)?
